We’re offering a unique opportunity to kickstart your career in tech recruitment through a paid, remote internship. Over 3 months, you’ll gain hands-on experience, learn from expert mentors, and have the chance to grow into a full-time role. This is your first step into the world of IT and international hiring.

You’ll learn how to source candidates, communicate with international teams, and understand the IT outsourcing industry - all with the support of experienced mentors. The best-performing intern(s) will receive a job offer (part-time or full-time) at the end of the program.

Requirements:

• Strong interest in IT recruitment and eagerness to learn about the outsourcing industry
• Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively (~20 flexible hours per week)
• Reliable internet connection
• Motivation to grow professionally and readiness to participate in weekly mentor calls and meet deadlines
• Good command of English (B2+ level) for communication with international teams and candidates
• Knowledge of additional European languages (Ukrainian, Polish, Spanish, Serbian, etc.) is a plus

Key responsibilities

• Learn how to source IT candidates using LinkedIn and other tools
• Build and optimize your LinkedIn profile as a recruiter
• Understand how the IT outsourcing industry and recruitment process work
• Attend weekly webinars and mentorship check-ins (mandatory)
• Complete practical recruitment tasks and meet deadlines
• Manage your time effectively while working remotely (~20 flexible hours/week)
