We're now looking for a Senior Web Creative Designer — a visionary digital creative who can craft extraordinary web experiences while pushing the boundaries of what's possible in B2B SaaS design.

What You'll Do

Web Experience Design

• Design and prototype immersive, responsive web experiences that captivate B2B SaaS audiences
• Create interactive UI/UX solutions with micro-interactions, animations, and engaging user flows.
• Develop conversion-focused landing pages and campaign microsites
• Design progressive web experiences that seamlessly adapt across all devices and platforms
• Collaborate with developers to bring complex web interactions to life

Digital Creative Direction

• Lead creative vision for client web projects from concept through execution.
• Design cohesive digital brand experiences that tell compelling stories across touchpoints.
• Create innovative visual systems and design languages for a tech-forward brand.s
• Develop creative concepts for digital campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives.
• Push creative boundaries while maintaining usability and conversion goals

Brand & Visual Innovation

• Craft distinctive visual identities and brand systems for SaaS companies
• Design cutting-edge marketing assets: interactive demos, animated explainers, social campaigns
• Create comprehensive style guides and component libraries for web implementation
• Experiment with emerging design trends, technologies, and creative approaches

Strategic Collaboration

• Partner with UX strategists, developers, and marketing teams to deliver breakthrough creative solutions
• Present and defend creative concepts to stakeholders with compelling rationale
• Balance bold, creative vision with data-driven optimization and business objectives
• Stay ahead of web design trends, emerging technologies, and creative possibilities

Requirements

Creative & Technical Excellence

• 5+ years creating exceptional web experiences (agency, startup, or in-house creative team preferred)
• Outstanding portfolio showcasing innovative web design, interactive experiences, and creative problem-solving for digital brands
• Proven track record of designing high-performing, conversion-optimized web experiences

Web Design Mastery

• Expert in Figma (advanced prototyping, interactive components, design systems, collaboration features)
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects for motion)
• Strong understanding of web technologies, responsive design principles, and mobile-first approaches
• Experience with interaction design, micro-animations, and user experience optimization

Creative Vision & Strategy

• Exceptional eye for typography, colour, composition, and visual hierarchy
• Ability to translate complex SaaS concepts into engaging, accessible visual narratives
• Experience creating and maintaining scalable design systems for web platforms
• Understanding of conversion optimization, A/B testing, and performance-driven design

Communication & Collaboration

• Fluent in English with excellent presentation and storytelling abilities
• Self-directed creative professional who thrives in fast-paced, remote environments
• Collaborative mindset with experience leading creative discussions and workshops
• Strategic thinking with the ability to balance creative ambition with business outcomes

Bonus Points

• Experience with Webflow, Framer, or other advanced web design tools
• Motion graphics and animation skills (After Effects, Lottie, CSS animations)
• Basic front-end development knowledge (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for seamless developer handoffs
• Experience in B2B SaaS or tech startup environments
• Understanding of accessibility standards and performance optimization
